REPEAT BUSINESS リピートビジネス
- Repeat business is when a customer buys a product or service from a company he or she has used before.
- repeat business とは、消費者が、以前利用したことのある会社の商品やサービスを、再度利用することです。
- There's really no secret to getting repeat business. If you provide a quality product and friendly, professional service, customers will always come back.
- Many businesses, such as health clubs and video rental shops, encourage repeat business by having customers purchase memberships.
- Giving customers discount vouchers when they make a purchase, mailing out holiday greetings or newsletters, and providing top-notch after-sales service are all good ways of generating repeat business.
