- A situation is win-win (adjective) if it's good for all the people or organizations involved.
The noun form is also win-win. - 形容詞の win-win は、ある状況が、関係するすべての人や組織にとって好都合である、という意味です。
名詞形も win-win で、そのような状況のことをさします。
- I'm certain they'll agree to the merger. It's clearly a win-win proposition for both of our companies.
