VISION   先見の明、見通し
Explanation
A person with vision is able to imagine, and plan for, the future with intelligence and creativity.

A vision is an idea or picture in your mind; for example, of something that might be possible in the future.
数えられない名詞の vision は、知性と創造力によって、将来を想像し、将来の計画を立てる能力、つまり、先見の明のことです。

数えられる名詞の vision は、将来起こり得ることなどについて、思い描く考えやイメージ、つまり、見通しのことです。

1 Our company has the potential for immense growth. The new director must be someone with the vision to make that happen.
2 (talking about a senior manager)
Of course I respect her dedication to the agency, but she lacks vision.
3 (presenting the Manager of the Year Award)
He is a man of extraordinary vision, with the ability to share that vision with all who work under him.
4 A well-written mission statement should express a common vision for the future.
