  • To have a better life is to have a higher quality of life or standard of living than before.

    The good life is a life that is extremely satisfying and enjoyable, especially one filled with leisure and luxury.
  • a better life とは、以前よりも質の高い生活、または、生活水準の高い暮らしのことです。

    the good life は、極めて満足度の高い楽しい生活、特に、娯楽や贅沢にあふれた、豊かな暮らしのことです。
