Explanation

  • A minor is a person who has not yet reached the age when you are considered an adult under the law.

    a: I'm just going to use the wine for cooking.
    b: I believe you, but I can't sell alcohol to a minor.

    a: Can minors buy lottery tickets?
    b: No. You have to be at least 18 years old.
