Explanation

  • History is:

    - all that has happened in the past
    - the past events connected with a particular place, period of time, group of people, etc.
    OR
    - the study of past events.
    Something is historic if it is, or will be, important in history.
  • history とは、
    -過去に起こった全ての出来事
    -特定の場所、期間、人々などと関係する過去の出来事、
    または、
    -過去の出来事の研究、
    つまり、歴史、歴史学のことです。
    historic とは、歴史上重要である、または今後重要になる、つまり、歴史的な、という意味です。
