Explanation

  • To be in touch with someone is to regularly communicate with them.

    To lose touch with someone is to stop communicating with them.
  • in touch with someone とは、定期的に誰かと連絡を取っている、という意味です。

    lose touch with someone とは、誰かと連絡を取るのをやめる、連絡が途絶える、という意味です。
