Hello, Hello! It's shorts and T-shirt weather where we are. How about you? During these hot, muggy days, the power companies throughout Japan work overtime to keep us cool indoors. If you've been reading the news, you know this year's been especially challenging for them. So this week, we'll introduce some words you can use to talk about problems with the electrical power supply due to peak summer demand.
