Good is an adjective, so it is used to describe NOUNS. Good has dozens of meanings, but in general it means to have a positive quality. 

Well is most commonly used to describe VERBS. Like the word good, well can also mean many different things, but in general it means to do something in a way that is considered positive.

good は、形容詞なので名詞を修飾します。 good にはたくさん意味がありますが、概して良い意味で使われます。

well は、副詞で使われる場合が多いので、主に動詞を修飾します。 good 同様 well にもいろいろな意味がありますが、概してうまくいくという意味で使われます。
