A repairman is a person who returns something that is damaged to a good condition or makes something work properly again.

You can also use the expressions repairwoman or repairperson.

We call a person who repairs cars a mechanic.

repairman は、壊れたものを良い状態に戻したり、ちゃんと動くようにしたりする人のこと、つまり、修理をする人のことです。

同じ意味で、repairwoman(女性の場合)や repairperson(性別を問わない場合)という言葉を使うこともできます。

車を修理する人のことは mechanic と呼びます。
